The health of a teenage girl who went missing from her care home could be at "serious risk" because she does not have her daily medication with her, police have warned.

Katrina Grace, 16, who has links to Croydon, was last seen in Sicup at about 5.15pm on Monday.

She is described as slim, about 5ft 7ins, and with long black hair, and was wearing navy coloured skinny jeans, a grey jumper, black Adidas trainers and a small rucksack.

Officers in Bexley are growing increasingly concerned for Katrina's safety and welfare have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "Katrina requires daily medication and does not have it with her and her health maybe at serious risk without it."

The teenager has links to Lewisham as well as Croydon.

Officers also beleive she may be in or travelling to the Milford Haven area in Wales.
