Trams part suspended due to fallen tree

Trams travelling between Wimbledon and Croydon have been part suspended due to a fallen tree.

Route three, which runs between Wimbledon and New Addington, has been part suspended between Merton Park and Phipps Bridge.

Transport for London (TfL), which now operates Croydon Tramlink, is operating a shuttle service between Wimbledon and Merton Park.

According to TfL the shuttle service is running every seven to eight minutes.

So glad I don't use public transport anymore. Those trams were a nightmare.
Used to get on them for college & every morning it was liked packed sardines until everyone piled off at Wimbledon. Aint too safe either as everyone charged up the steps, nearly got crushed!
