Centrale Shopping Centre is offering five VIP parking tickets to lucky shoppers looking to beat the credit crunch.

The centre is looking to entice customers to the shopping centre with its competition.

Winners will also get a free box of Krispy Kreme donuts and a voucher for YO! sushi as part of the prize.

David Parham, the store's manager, said: "We are very happy that we can offer this unique opportunity to local people.

"Money is tight for everybody right now and free parking is a great excuse to come in to Centrale Shopping Centre.

“People don't realize that our parking has always been one of the best facilities in the area and with a simple pricing plan of £1 an hour there are no nasty shocks at the end of your stay. ”
