A man has been cleared of murdering his own cousin with a breeze block after a blazing family row.
Peter Attwell, 32, killed Paul Coleman, 35, after a fight outside a family party in Coulsden last summer.
The court heard Attwell, of Bermondsey, launched the building block at his cousin "like a football throw in" before turning his back and running away during a fight outside his uncle's house.
Mr Coleman died when he fell backwards as he dodged the 3 st brick, fracturing his skull on the road.
A jury at the Old Bailey today found him not guilty of murder.
Attwell admitted manslaughter at a hearing last month.
He was remanded in custody after today's verdict and will be sentenced on March 9.
