Man charged with Tia murder due in court tomorrow
The man charged with the murder of 12-year-old Tia Sharp will appear in court tomorrow.
Stuart Hazell, 37, the partner of Tia’s grandmother Christine Sharp, will appear via video link at the Old Bailey.
Tia's body was found in a bag in the loft of his home in The Lindens, New Addington on Friday after a police search.
Mr Hazell was remanded in custody to face trial and is believed to have been isolated from other prisoners at Belmarsh jail in East London.
A preliminary hearing is expected to be heard at the Old Bailey on November 19.
