Two penthouses at the top of Croydon's tallest building have been sold for more than a £1million each.
The swanky apartments sit on top of Altitude 25 - a new skyscraper of 196 homes close to East Croydon station.
The structure cost in the region of £38million to build but the developers have already recuperated a large chunk of their outlay by selling its two showcase homes before the last brick was laid.
Howard Holdings, the firm which also developed Surrey Street multi-storey car park, said it was delighted with the level of interest in the building.
The 24th floor penthouse is 2,113 sq ft while the one above it has 1,390. Both were sold as empty "shells" so that the buyers could choose their own layouts.
