Answering back: Caroline Kohn uses the internet to answer most questions
Answering back: Caroline Kohn uses the internet to answer most questions

Ask Caroline Kohn anything and she will answer it for you within 10 minutes.

Caroline, who works for mobile phone service Any Questions Asked (AQA), could hold the key to those heated pub debates and the nagging questions that stop you sleeping for days on end.

You can text AQA on 63336 and one of its researchers guarantees to have the answer to your question within 10 minutes.

Caroline uses the internet to answer the majority of questions and says she needs a certain level of determination for her role.

She said: "I suppose you do have to be quite determined to do a job like this, you have to be quite rounded."

While most people are busy sinking pints after a long week at work, Caroline is busy fielding questions from people taking part in pub quizzes.

The mum-of-four, from South Croydon, said: "We get loads of texts on Friday evenings from people who need answers to pub quizzes or those who are just out with friends."

Caroline, 40, says the questions she gets asked the most are: what's the meaning of life?', who am I?' and why do men have nipples?' She said: "Luckily we have a database of answers for frequently asked questions, so those questions do not take too long to answer."

As well as receiving questions that may baffle the best of us, Caroline also gets people texting for transport information.

She said: "I suppose I also see myself as a public service as I get so many requests for information like train times and directions.

"There is also a serious side to this job, if we get questions from people needing help, we always reply back and tell them to get in touch with the relevant services."
