As many as youngsters love it, there can be no denying that Elf on the Shelf can stretch parents' imaginations to the limits.
The model elves have quickly become a festive favourite across the country after starting in America.
Santa’s little helpers keep an eye on who’s naughty and nice from different vantage points around homes and then report back to the big man.
