The Council have received an application for planning permission to carry out the following development within the above conservation area which in their opinion would affect the character or appearance of the area.

Proposed development:
Demolition of existing buildings; erection of three/four storey building, comprising use within class A1 (retail) or A3 (restaurant and cafe) on ground floor and 5 one bedroom, 7 two bedroom and 1 three bedroom flats; provision of cycle store
