DESIGNATING RESOLUTION
DESIGNATING RESOLUTION - FOR 'LICENCE STREETS'

The Council are considering designating sites in the Borough as 'Licensed Streets' as defined by the London Local Authorities Act 1990 and in accordance with Section 24 of that Act, for the purpose of street trading.
1. A mobile vehicle selling food and drink in Canons Hill a vehicle length 4m, width 2m, height 2m.
2. A display of tables and chairs on the footway outside Surrey House 1-4 Surrey Street Croydon Surrey a site length 6.73m, width 1.5m, height 1.5m
If any person wishes to make objections to the designations of the above sites, they must do so in writing to Environment, Culture and Public Protection Department, Licensing Team, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, CR9 3JS by 18th June 2008
