is/are applying to the Council of the London Borough of Croydon for planning permission for:
Demolition of existing building; erection of three/four/six storey building comprising 9 two bedroom, 14 one bedroom, 5 three bedroom and 15 studio flats; formation of vehicular access and provision of 26 car parking spaces (of which 2 are allocated for disabled users).

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and any other documents submitted with it by visiting our web site www.croydon.gov.uk/planning and selecting "Online Planning Services" or visit the Planning Reception desk on the ground floor of Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon between 8.30am and 4.45pm on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).

If you wish to make any comments on the application, please write to the Council at the Planning and Transportation Department, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon CR9 1JT by 29/05/2008; please quote the Application Number stated above.
