London Welsh winger Dan Caprice will appear at an RFU disciplinary hearing tomorrow evening.
Caprice been charged over an alleged dangerous tackle on Northampton Saints player Jamie Elliott in the Aviva Premiership match between the sides on Saturday November 24, following a report from the independent citing officer John Byett.
The case will be heard at the London Bloomsbury Holiday Inn by a panel of His Honour Judge Jeff Blackett (chair), Jeremy Summers and Roger Goodier.
