Hampton & Richmond Borough joint boss Paul Barry reckons Kingstonian should be as scared of his side as his defenders might be of prolific strike pair Andre McCollin and Ryan Moss.

The Beavers welcome the Ryman Premier League promotion chasing Ks to
the Beveree on Boxing Day knowing they can take on and beat the best in the division.

Hampton, currently in the bottom half of the table, triumphed 3-0 at Lowestoft Town in the lead up to Christmas, while McCollin and Moss had taken their tally to 29 goals prior to last weekend.

But Barry believes his side will be more than a match for boss Alan Dowson’s men.

“If we play as we know we can we can beat anyone in this division,” he said.

“We will obviously respect what they have achieved this season. They deserve to be where they are.

“But we will be concentrating on ourselves as much as on them.

“Our performances have been good this year and if we can take our chances we will be a threat.”
