Today is one of the biggest days in the horse racing calendar. The Cheltenham Festival Gold Cup. 

The big race which starts at 3.20pm this afternoon. 

Bobs Worth, trained by Nicky Henderson, is the favourite with the bookies but Paul has plumped for Silviniaco Conti as his horse to win. 

He has also picked The Giant Bolster and Knockara Beau as outside bets. 

And for any Crystal Palace fans looking for a good omen, then look no further than the 2.40pm race which features Kings Palace.
