Ks boss Tommy Williams talks to the Surrey Comet about his firsts in our brand new column 'First Time for Everything'.

First goal: That is going back a long way. I remember my first goal for Ks. It was against Dulwich Hamlet. I’d signed from Boreham Wood in the week and scored on my debut. It was a bit of a goalkeeping mistake if I’m honest, but they all count.

First trophy: It was my first season playing football. I was six or seven years old and I was named player of the year for the Junior Bees – they were associated with Brentford. I will always remember that. If you go to my mum and dad’s house they have probably got all my medals in the loft.

First FA Cup final memory: Don’t remember the final, but I remember Paul Gascoigne scoring a free kick in the semi-final against Arsenal. He was my hero as a kid.

First car: A silver Fiesta. It ended up blowing up because I forgot to put oil in it, so it didn’t last long. There wasn’t much room in the back, so I could not get up to much.

First date: When I was at school I took a girl called Natalie [not my current partner who is also called Natalie] to McDonalds in Chiswick High Road. I don’t think I even paid. You can’t tell me I don’t know how to wine and dine a girl.

First pet: When I was 18 I got a black Staffordshire Bull Terrier that eventually became the family pet. I’ve just bought my kids a Red Fox Labrador. They’ve been begging me for ages. It is quite good because when you need to get out and clear your head, I just go for a run with the dog.

First lad’s holiday: I went to Kavos with some school friends. I was 16 or 17. I cannot hold my drink now and back then I was even worse. I remember one night walking into a bar, having cocktails, crawling home and being sick all day the following day.
