Rugby legend Lawrence Dallaglio was spotted messing about on the river at Teddington’s Lensbury Club with the England Sevens squad on Tuesday.
The Ham-resident was helping head coach Ben Ryan’s men put the finishing touches to preparation for the forthcoming Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
