Ater winning three out of three in the LV= Cup Pool stages, Harelquins have one more hurdle to overcome in the shape of Welsh side Cardiff Blues.

A win over the Blues will secure a home semi-final to go along with the home quarter final in the Amlin Challenge Cup.

And Conor O'Shea feels this Sunday's game is just as important as Quins' last home game against Bayonne, that secured the European quarter final.

"We know on Sunday, like that game against Bayonne in the Amlin Challenge, that this is a case of win or bust.

"The opportunity for us is to earn a home semi final in the LV= Cup, so the carrot for the squad is enormous."

That carrot is for a squad depleted with several members away on England duty, but that has not knocked Quins off their stride as they go for their ninth consecutive win.

"There is a huge strain placed on all clubs at the this stage of the season and the coaching staff have been proud of the way every member of the squad has stepped up to put us in the position we are in.

"Having said that, if we lose focus for one minute, we will let a huge opportunity to do something special slip.

"What we want from our players is the same level of attitude and intensity that they have brought to their training and games this season."
