Harlequins may be master players on the pitch, but some of the squad got the chance to play masterchef off it last week, care of a Sainsbury's Lamb Masterclass and the Rugby Players' Association.
Nick Evans, Ollie Kohn, James Johnston, Maurie Fa'asavalu, Sam Twomey, Rob Buchanan and Mark Lambert all gave butchery a go as they learnt the ins and outs of a lamb carcass in London on Thursday.
The session - which also included learning different ways to cook selected cuts as well as the basics off butchery - was organised as part of the Harlequins player development programme that helps players prepare for life once their rugby careers have come to an end.
