Dave McCall will be facing familiar faces when Rotherham Tigers come to the Athletic Ground on Sunday (2pm).

The winger said: “I left Rotherham on a good note and I still keep in touch with a few of the guys there. There are certainly no hard feelings there.

“They’ve also brought in a lot of new guys, and I know they’re really going to bring it on Sunday. But then, so are we.

“Pre-season has gone well, and I’m happy that I made it through.”

Scottish head coach Simon Amor will be made to wait on the fitness of fly-half Phil Godman after the former Scottish international missed the friendly win over Richmond with a shoulder injury.
