Skipper is confident Terrors can give home fans some cheer
Tooting & Mitcham's leading goalscorer and captain Lee Hall is hoping Tuesday night's home match against Maidstone United will see an end to a dismal home record in the Ryman League Division One South.
The Terrors have struggled in front of their home fans losing both matches played at Imperials Fields (3-0 against Leatherhead and 2-1 against Faversham Town).
However, the Terrors have won back-to-back games on the road and confidence is beginning to soar - thanks in no small part to Roberto Forzoni's recent acquisitions of Tyrone Berry and Ryan Adams.
Hall said: "I don't know why we struggled at home but we haven't played there since the new signings joined and made such a big difference.
"Coming back from 2-0 at Three Bridges on Saturday was a great effort and we're hoping to carry that into the Maidstone game, although it will be tough. They are a good side and are having a season very similar to us.
"But it is important we get that monkey off our backs as soon as possible and I am sure we'll beat Maidstone and keep the run going."
