Hercules Wimbledon were well represented at the weekend's parkrun events across south London.
At Dulwich, Matt Sharp headed home the 86-strong field in 16 minutes, 20 seconds, two seconds outside his best time for the course, with Rob Tuer third 20 seconds later.
Tuer, the Surrey steeplechase silver medallist, chopped 54 seconds off his previous best time for the course set in June.
Phil Glynn put in a winning performance in the Wimbledon Common parkrun on Saturday. He was just four seconds outside his best time for the event as he led the 367-strong field home in 17:08. The field included a record 21 Hercules Wimbledon runners.
Alexie Calvert-Ansari was fourth in 18:12, Adam Harwood 11th in 18:32 and teenager Matthew Gibbons 19th in a personal best of 19:22, chopping 52 seconds off his previous best set a fortnight earlier.
Peter Collins was 21st in 19:27, with Charles Hampden-Smith 24th and second veteran over-50 in 19:46, four seconds ahead of David Harris.
Chloe Hawkins produced a massive personal best as she finished fifth in the women's event in 20:57, a 65-second improvement on her previous best set at the end of June.
The parkrun marked the return to racing of marathon runner Claire Grima after giving birth to her second son, Jasper, eight weeks earlier.
It was her first race since the final Surrey Ladies League meeting in February. She was eighth woman finisher in 21:54, some way off her best time of 18:07.
Father and son James and Sam Oswald clocked personal best times finishing 57th and 60th, respectively, in 21:08 and 21:14. Over-45 veteran James sliced 18 seconds off his previous best set the previous weekend while teenager Sam took 11 seconds off his previous best. Charles Lawrie was third veteran over 60 in 22:11.
Elsewhere, Hercules Wimbledon's Steph Robson finished third in the women's event in the Crawley triathlon on Sunday in 1 hour, 23:52. She completed the 600m swim in 12:59, the 25km bike ride in 42:29 and the 6km cross country run in 25:09.
