Hercules' Lloyd-Jones triumphs in Richmond Park

Running men: Atheltes pound the paths of Richmond Park last Saturday
The Richmond Park 5km parkrun was won by Alex Lloyd-Jones of Hercules Wimbledon Athletics Club in 17 minutes, 19 seconds – shaving almost a minute off his personal best.
The weather conditions meant personal bests for the Saturday run for Phil Lester (17:39) in third and Harry Barclay (18:11) in sixth.
Walton Athletics Club’s Warren Kidgell clocked 17 minutes, 46 seconds to win the Kingston parkrun on Saturday.
Daniel Cheeseman set a new personal best of 15:50 to win the Bushy Park event as he beat 17-time race winner Anthony Jackson into second place.
