Sidelined: Quins centre George Lowe
Quins centre George Lowe has been ruled out of action for six weeks after undergoing surgery this morning.
The 22-year-old former Epsom College student, who missed Sunday's 18-16 defeat to Saracens, has had a bone fragment removed from his ankkle.
Director of rugby Conor O'Shea has made two changes to the starting line-up of the team that lost last week with Karl Dickson starting ahead of Danny Care and Mark Lambert making his first start of the season at loose head.
Prop Joe Marler has been dropped to the bench.
