Teddington claimed three gold, three silver and eight bronze medals at the Middlesex Short Course Championships in Northolt, with 17-year-old Sid Howes leading the way.

Howes won the 17 and over gold in the 200m freestyle and butterfly before securing silver in the 100m freestyle.

Mollie Allen, 14, won gold in the U14s 200m butterfly, silver in the 400m freestyle and a bronze in the 400m individual medley.

James Adams, 20, finished second in the 17 and over 50m freestyle, while 14-year-old Brandon Sayers kicked off his season with four personal best times and was rewarded with four U14s bronze medals in the 1,500m freestyle, 100m individual medley, the 400m individual medley and the 100m breaststroke.

Clara Nutting, 18, scooped two bronze medals in the 17 and over
50m freestyle 50m butterfly in a time of 30.44 seconds,
while 16-year-old Harry Olding took bronze in the 50m backstroke.
