Tadworth Athletic Club’s Alan Imeson finished 142nd out of 210 finishers at the gruelling Steyning Singer half-marathon over the South Downs between Worthing and Shoreham, clocking two hours, 19 minutes.
Meanwhile, Roland Hogg was 2,470th at the inaugural England Kilomathan over 16.3 miles from Nottingham to Derby, in 2:34.12.
