Sutton warm up with a tie

Sutton CC completed their preparations for the Shepherd Neame Surrey Championship campaign with a tie against Weybridge at Cheam Road.

Both sides were bowled out for 157 on a difficult strip.

Gary Outram continued his good form in accumulating 54 well-crafted runs, while Dave Mitchell (2-26) and Sam Woods (2-22) were pick of the bowlers.

Sutton begin their Surrey Championship campaign at Dulwich this Saturday.
