Bouncebackability
When Iain Dowie took charge of Palace at Christmas in 2003 they were fourth from bottom and staring at a relegation scrap.
From somewhere though he concocted a run of 14 wins in 20 games and sent the Eagles soaring into the play off places, making Bouncebackability a national phenomenon.
The semi-final against Sunderland was one of the all time classics too.
With Palace losing 4-3 on aggregate and down to 10 men in injury time, up popped Darren Powell to head home a disputed leveller and bring about extra time and penalties.
Michael Hughes eventually slotted home the winning penalty, Palace's sixth after Shaun Derry and Wayne Routledge missed chances to clinch a spot in the play-off final.
