Crystal Palace head to Tottenham Hotspur this weekend with boss Alan Pardew wishing they were going anywhere but White Hart Lane.
He also admitted that he was aware of discontent on the Selhurst Park terraces in the wake of the opening day Premier League defeat to West Brom, and he has vowed that fans will not be unhappy again.
The result means that the Eagles have won just two of the past 22 Premier League games, following last season’s disappointing end to the league campaign.
Since Saturday, both Yannick Bolasie and Mile Jedinak have left the club, joining Everton and Aston Villa respectively.

Coming through the door in a £32m deal is Christian Benteke, subject to yesterday’s medical.
Pardew said: “Our fans after the WBA game were disappointed, but it won't be more of the same. That's why we're making changes.
"I'm making changes to make our form better; results more consistent. This group are great and should get a lift by a signing.
"The easy thing to do at the end of last season was find excuses, but I've made changes in everything we do to try and take us forward.

He added: "Tottenham at home isn't an ideal away game for our first so we'll have to be at our best.
“The way Tottenham play we have to be very good defensively, but luckily we can do that."
