The course turned to quagmire for the final Bushy Park time trial of the season.
In his fifth appearance, William Clark, of Epsom & Ewell Harriers, won for the fourth time in 16 minutes 16 seconds.
Jonathan Hotchkiss, representing Sigma Sport, took second in 16:52, while David Symons, of Thames Hare & Hounds, placed third in 16:55.
Clare King, of Ranelagh Harriers, won for the fourth time in 18:46. Meanwhile, fellow Harrier Kerrie O'Connor was second in 19:22. Sally Stubbs, of Runnymede Runners placed third in a time of 20:11.
At the end of the points competition, Tom Morgan beat David Rowe by just 79 points.
While In the women's event, Liz Souness beat Julie Melotte by 623 points.
Both Morgan and Souness will be awarded with the Sonia O'Sullivan salver and John Hanscomb trophy at a celebration on October 6.
