Hampton schoolboy Ashley Bryant followed up his title-winning double in the Middlesex Championships by winning the pole vault B competition in a Southern Men's League match at Lee Valley Athletics Centre on Saturday.
Bryant equalled his Middlesex title-winning height of 4m. He also produced his best javelin throw of the season of 47.04m in taking second place in the B competition.
Despite his efforts, his club, Windsor, Slough, Eton and Hounslow, were last in the match.
