Ryman Premier League
Kingstonian were the big winners of the weekend after a 2-1 triumph over Dulwich Hamlet lifted Alan Dowson’s men to joint top of the table.
Andre McCollin’s penalty and a late Daniel Sweeney goal sealed the points at Kingsmeadow, and ended a run of two games without a win.
Former Ks man Matt Pattison bagged his second goal in Met Police colours as Jim Cooper’s side ran out 2-1 winners over AFC Hornchurch at Imber Court.
Ricardo Joseph was also on target as Met extended their 100 per cent record in the league to four games.
Another team on a fine run of form is Hampton & Richmond Borough, and there was no stopping them at the Beveree when Carshalton Athletic were the visitors.
David Tarpey grabbed a brace and Ben Harris got on the scoresheet as the Beavers extended their unbeaten run to six games.
That run may have something to do with the form of Charlie Moone – he has scored in each of the previous five games and was on target again over the Robins, making it 29 goals for the season in all competitions.
Ryman Division One South
It was not a good day for the region’s teams, with Tooting & Mitcham United claiming the only point of the day.
Max Noble bagged two goals in a 2-2 draw with Chipstead at Imperial Fields, leaving the Terrors 12th in the table.
Walton & Hersham went 1-0 down at home to Horsham, while Corinthian Casuals remain rooted to the foot of the table after a 2-0 home defeat to Burgess Hill Town.
Liam Collins converted his second penalty in as many games last weekend, but Walton Casuals went down 2-1 at Guernsey.
