Worcester Park, inspired by man-of-the-match James Williams, who was a colossus at the back, gained a deserved 2-0 win at Coney Hall on Saturday in the Cherry Red Combined Counties Division One.
They were awarded a penalty in the 10th minute when Mick Petruzziello was brought down following a good run into the box, but Dean Callaghan's spot kick was well saved by the home keeper.
Park keeper Peter King had to make a couple of smart saves, but the visitors took control in the second half.
On 70 minutes Park finally made the breakthrough they deserved when a good cross by Mark Callicott was converted by Kieron James. Five minutes later James returned the compliment as his searching cross from the left was fired home by Callicott.
