Fresh from her treble medal-winning performances at the annual Surrey track and field championships, Hercules Wimbledon Athletic Club's top junior woman athlete Emily Martin gained an impressive hat-trick in the Southern Women's League match at Twickenham on Saturday.

Surrey junior women's long jump champion Emily took the 100m, long jump and triple jump events at Twickenham. With Rowena Dyson taking the B race, Hercules Wimbledon took maximum points in the 100m.

Hercules Wimbledon's James Trapmore completed a hat-trick of wins when he won this year's Coombe Hill five miles road race. However, technical problems meant organisers were unable to provide any times.

Giles got the team off to a good start clocking 18:00, the fourth fastest over 60 time with Miller and Kortenray posting times of 19:43 and 20:25.
