The funeral of Belgrave Harriers president Charlie Walker will be held at the South London Crematorium, Rowan Road, Streatham, this Friday (11.30am).
It will be followed by a gathering at his local, the Windmill pub on Clapham Common. White, 78, who died a fortnight ago, was a successful runner in the 1950s.
