Twickenham Ladies had a successful weekend with victories on Saturday on Sunday.
In an exciting match they pipped to Army by 10 runs.
Charlotte Gallagher top scored with 39 as Twickenham reached 191-5 from their 35 overs.
In reply, number three Ann Potgieter scored 115 before she was removed by a brilliant boundary catch by Gallagher. Liz Foster took 5-22 as the Army were all out for 181.
On Sunday, Twickenham won by three wickets in a league match at Hursley Park in Hampshire.
The hosts were all out for 132 with four balls remaining of their 45 overs, Sunny Pottay taking 4-7 and Gallagher and Randika Galhenage taking two wickets each.
Despite 47 from Gallagher, Twickenham were reduced to 6-2 and 79-7. However, an unbroken eighth wicket stand of 46 between captain Ann Baker and Janet Greenhead, who top scored with 54 not out, saw them home.
Twickenham visit Holmesdale from Kent in a league game this Sunday.
