Twickenham have been knocked off the top of London Three North West after a thrilling 20-21 defeat at home to Old Priorians, who became the new leaders as a result.
Twickenham travel to London Wasps Amateurs this weekend looking to return to winning ways.
Elsewhere, Teddington suffered a second consecutive defeat in London Two South West, going down 42-17 at second-placed Tottonians.
Teddington, sitting seventh in the 12-team division, face an equally tough task on Saturday at third-placed Old Reigatian.
