Croydon Ladies hockey team made a dream start to the season by beating Purley Walcountians 10-0 in their opening game of the season.
Hannah Dawson began the scoring spree by scoring the first goal after a goalmouth scramble.
Dawson soon added her second before player-of-the-match Fiona Loxton made it 3-0.
Croydon punished PW's poor passes ato add three more goals before half-time and a further four in the second half.
