School athletes to compete at Crystal Palace

Young athletes from across south London will be in Crystal Palace this month to compete in the annual Rotary in London Athletics Meeting for Schools.

The event at the Crystal Palace National Stadium on Sunday, June 26th, has been staged for the past 60 years.

Eighteen schools have registered to take part in a programme of track and field events for two age groups - Years 7 and 8 and Years 9 and 10. Medals and trophies will be presented by the Mayor of Bromley and the District Governor of Rotary in London.
