A man who posted a video on YouTube of himself calling for Elton John's death has been arrested in the United States for allegedly making terror threats.
Atlanta Police Sergeant Curtis Davenport said Neal Horsley was arrested in Carrollton, Georgia, about 50 miles west of Atlanta, Georgia.
Sgt Davenport would not say whom Horsley is accused of threatening.
Horsley's son, Nathan Horsley, said he believes the arrest is connected to the video about the musician.
Neal Horsley complained in the video about John's comments in a magazine interview last month that Jesus Christ was gay.
Horsley was being held in the Fulton County jail on a bond of 40,000 US dollars (£26,600).
Sir Elton's publicist, Fran Curtis, had no comment.
