My foot has become most painful. You can see why below:

It seems leaving the balls of my feet to develop calluses wasn’t the best plan I’ve ever had.

I’d hoped to develop super tough feet. So hardy that they could be used like a ‘shield of steel’ Batfink style.

Sadly though my left foot now really hurts and I’m spending most of my day hobbling about.

A pal’s mum, who works with podiatrists, suggested it wasn’t anything to fret about overly, but I should tackle the hard skin (thanks Mrs Husbands).

Now I finding myself almost fervently rubbing my soles with the scarily named ‘Scholl Re-hydrating Moisture Mousse’.

You may find Scholl Rough Skin Remover a gentle way to remove hard skin if the usual coarse scrapers, files and emery faced filesand pumice stone are too painful.
