I have never seen the attraction of wearing dresses, but I was horrified to read about the experience of Sam Clayton in the bridal shop (Bride and gloom, February 11).
Getting engaged should be a happy time and I hope the attitudes of the staff at Berketex Bride did not ruin it for him on the big day.
People should be able to buy whatever they want and stores should be grateful of the custom, instead of turning shoppers away.
I wish Sam and his boyfriend every happiness in their future together.
