Letter to the Editor: Council conning landlords
Croydon Council has started sending out applications for landlord selective licensing.
Expect they are rejoicing that they have conned the local landlords out of more money for their council pensions.
I pity the tenants, as rents will rise after October. Another backward step for Croydon.
