In response to the article about street charity collectors – ( ‘Chugger’ restrictions, June 3).
Chuggers ruin a relaxing wander round the town centre, but what is worse is being deafened by the ramblings of religious zealots.
Do they have to have a speaker system?
Is the power of the Lord not enough?
What I do miss in Croydon town centre is the wonderful dancing man. I have not seen him for ages.
Yours with peace, love and balloons.
