I think it's down to absolute greed that Croydon Council are altering the parking restrictions and yet they say "it's for the benefit of the residents."
If that's the case, why are the majority of residents opposed to the decision? Did they bother to ask us?
I thought it was bad enough when they split the zones into Inner and Outer, just to bring in more money. So, with the restrictions being 7am to 7pm, seven days a week, we shall now find more people parking on yellow bands which are free on a Sunday thus causing more blind spots and dangerous parking on our roads, possibly resulting in more accidents!
Come on Croydon Council - just exactly who is benefiting from this ridiculous idea?
