The 2013 edition of EBR AWARD will be hosted by Dayo Olomu and Catherine Labinjo it was revealed yesterday. According to the press released, EBR AWARD 2013 will be celebrated at The Regent, 331 Regents Park Road, Finchley Central, London N3 1DP. Dayo Olomu and Catherine Labinjo was chosen for the job due to their verse experience in show business, are successful entrepreneurs in their own right and have presented many iconic events up to date. Dayo Olomu was UK’s MC of the Year 2009 and one of the leading Black Master of Ceremonies/Toastmasters in Europe, was professionally trained by The Toastmasters International and rose to become an Advance Toastmaster and the founding President of Croydon Communicators Toastmasters Club and an accomplished motivational speaker and TV Presenter. Dayo has gained 15 years experience in event hosting giving him a celebrity status in UK.

His style of hosting is a unique fusion of African and British culture, explicit professionalism combined with sincere and friendly dispositions making his presentations a distinctive edge and highly appreciated by his clients and allied services.

Catherine is motivated and highly driven lady, with a passion for inspiring people from all walks of life, a seasoned motivational speaker, business & executive coach and personal coach. She has been a public speaker for the last decade, branded as ‘The Excellence Coach’, she uses her ability to reach large audiences motivating, inspire and empower them to attain excellence and achieve success. She runs an initiative called Cathie Inspires, which is the vehicle for her motivational speaking and has designed a set of seminars for youth called Eighth Wonder Empowerment.

Catherine holds a BA (Hons) in International Business, which she has used to underpin her business expertise. She has had training in negotiation and influence, project management, coaching, counselling and mentoring the vulnerable in the community. Her passion is to help people unlock the potential within in order to climb the ladder of achievement.

Catherine is also the Managing Director and part-time Consultant of TL Consultancy Group. She uses her coaching expertise to aid individuals and businesses alike. She founded TL Consultancy in 2010 and became director of both Aspirations UK and DisAct International in mid-2012, both of which focus on empowering individuals and communities both in the UK and abroad.

Catherine hosts a radio show with a community station and feels this gives her an avenue to put the ‘stars’ of the local and wider community into the spotlight to be celebrated.
